‘We Simply Want Closure’: Vacant Lot Looked For Lady Who Disappeared fifteen years Ago After Reporting Rape

Police in Florida looked an empty lot now hoping discovering what went down to some lady who fifteen years ago after reporting a rape, based on her family.

The Titusville Police Department spent all Thursday searching an empty lot hoping finding clues that may let them know what went down to missing lady Tisa Gantt, local outlet WESH reports. While mother and father not formally mentioned that they’re searching for Gantt  —  they noted on Twitter that they are “searching for evidence” in “military services weapons person situation from roughly fifteen years ago”  —.her brother Louis Sconyers told Florida Today that police informed him the search relates to Gantt.

Crime scene analysis vehicles, in addition to a loader truck, were spotted digging the region, Florida Today reports. Camping tents and crime scene tape were also visible. Information apparently back in this area on Friday.

Gantt disappeared in 2007 after telling police she was raped, WESH reported in 2015. She expressed fear before disappearing that her rapist will come after her for reporting the assault. She was last seen near all, located a block from her home, Florida Today reports.

It’s not the very first time this lot continues to be looked within the mission to find Gantt.

Investigators dug around within the same area both in 2008 and 2011. In 2015, family members put missing posters up for Gantt in exactly the same lot while investigators dug once more to obtain the missing lady.

“Within my heart Personally i think like she’s gone,” Raymond Gantt, another brother of Gantt, told WESH in those days. “But you want to find her body.”

The household has become wishing for additional leads within the situation.

“My dear God, this means something to me and my loved ones,” Sconyers told Florida Today. “We have been fighting with this situation for fifteen years. We simply want closure for this factor.”

He added, “You attempt to be done with it, however, you can’t. That’s your bloodstream.”

The Titusville Police Department hasn’t immediately taken care of immediately’s request comment.
