U.S. Marshal Allegedly Presented Ex In ‘Rape Fantasy’ Revenge Cyberstalking Plot

A U.S. Marshal allegedly solicited Craigslist users to sexually assault his wife inside a botched revenge plot to border his ex-girlfriend.  

Ian Diaz, 43, was indicted on charges of cyberstalking, conspiracy to commit cyberstalking, and perjury on May 12, court filings show. 

The bizarre plot, which temporarily arrived a wrongly accused lady in jail, stretches back over fifty percent ten years, based on police force. 

In 2015, Diaz split together with his then-girlfriend, Michelle Hadley, government bodies stated. The breakup apparently led to an unresolved property dispute more than a condo they shared.

Hadley was arrested and jailed for 88 days before she was launched in The month of january 2017 after investigators found that Ian Diaz allegedly produced several accounts and emails in Hadley’s name. Ian and Angela Diaz both used a Virtual private network and encrypted messaging to pay for their tracks, based on investigators. 

Anaheim police detectives later testified that Angela Diaz had “faked” the whole attack, including self-harming herself to handle the lie. 

Hadley filed a civil suit against Ian and Angela Diaz, Town of Anaheim, and numerous others the year after.

Hadley accused Ian Diaz to be “controlling and abusive,” based on a duplicate from the suit acquired by Archiweekend.com. Ian Diaz allegedly also frequently pressured Hadley into getting “sex with other people,” on Craigslist. At least one time, the U.S. Marshal filmed her getting sex having a stranger as they viewed, the suit mentioned. She claimed to possess been “traumatized” through the incident, which she referred to as a rape.
