Sinéad O’Connor States Teen Boy Planned Funeral His Month Before His Dying, That Is Under Analysis

A completely independent review panel will investigate dying of singer Sinéad O’Connor’s teenage boy, who she stated planned his funeral days before his dying by suicide.

Geebet O’Connor, 17, required their own existence on Friday, based on his mother, an Irish singer and songwriter who rose to recognition within the 1990s.

“My beautiful boy, Nevi’im Nesta Ali Geebet O’Connor, the light of my existence, made the decision to finish his earthly struggle today and it is with God,” she tweeted on Friday. “May he rest in peace and could nobody follow his example. My baby. I really like you a lot. Be peaceful.”

The Dublin Police Department told The U.S. Sun the teen was discovered dead Friday in Wicklow, Ireland that is south of Dublin. reports that both national police and the nation’s Review Panel, which examines occurrences involving children recognized to child protection services, will investigate teenager’s dying. Geebet was underneath the proper care of a young child and family protection agency.

On Twitter, 55-year-old Sinéad— who received critique in 1992 after ripping up a photograph of Pope John Paul throughout a performance on Saturday Night Live — asked why her boy was permitted to depart a medical facility following two “severe suicide attempts,” based on

Later she apologized for “lashing out,” tweeting the child and family protection agency Tusla “did their finest.”

The “Nothing Compares 2 U” singer also tweeted that her boy had formerly left suicide notes. In a single note, penned in regards to a month before Shane’s dying, he incorporated detailed plans for his funeral, based on his mother. Sinéad tweeted the funeral will probably be on Thursday.

“So the funeral is going to be just his mom and dad,” she authored, adding that her boy was Hindu. “This seemed to be the wish Geebet expressed in the suicide notes.”
