Ray Millete’s Parents Sue Police Over Their Conduct Searching Home In Maya Millete Situation

The mother and father of Ray Millete, that has been billed using the murder of his wife Maya Millete, are suing the neighborhood police department and city within the situation.

Judith and Benito Millete filed the suit a week ago, claiming their civil legal rights were violated when officials looked their loved ones home, Fox 5 in North Park reports.

The 11-page suit, filed against both Chula Vista Police Department and Town of Chula Vista, seeks unspecified financial damages for emotional and mental distress, discomfort and suffering. It alleges that officials broken the Milletes’ property throughout the searches and states that officials made family people sit outdoors while police looked the house, making them feel humiliated. The pair alleges that officials pointed guns in their grandchildren and they pressed Benito, causing “shock and terror” and “severe emotional distress” around the family, based on Fox News.

The Chula Vista Police Department hasn’t immediately taken care of immediately Archiweekend.com’s request comment.

Ray Millete was arrested in October and billed with Maya’s presumed murder, nine several weeks after she disappeared.
