‘No One Messes With My Kids’: Texas Mother Allegedly Suggests She Wiped out Husband To Safeguard Kids

A Texas lady charged with murdering her husband apparently recommended that they wiped out him to safeguard her children.

“No one messes with my children,” Stephanie Diane Tuell, 37, allegedly stated as she had been arrested, based on an affidavit acquired by KMID.

Investigators taken care of immediately a phone call in regards to a gunshot victim on Saturday evening in a residence, the Odessa Police Department mentioned inside a pr release.

Within the home, they found 58-year-old Joe Abril struggling with multiple gunshot wounds. Based on an affidavit acquired by KVID, police stated he was located on the bathroom floor coupled with been shot both in the chest area and at the back of the mind.

He was come to a close hospital where he “succumbed to injuries sustained.”

Tuell, who apparently was the one that known as 911, was waiting right in front yard for first responders to reach, based on the police. 

“I wish I had been sorry, but I am not,” she allegedly stated, based on KVID. She’d allegedly also told the 911 dispatcher that they shot him after she found him doing something — though what that something was is unclear, because it was redacted in the report, the station reported.

She allegedly made the “no one messes with my kids” comment as she had been read her Miranda legal rights. It isn’t obvious what age the kids are.

She was allegedly unapologetic during her arrest, based on the Odessa American. She also requested for any lawyer.

Tuell continues to be booked on the murder charge. Her bond continues to be set at $100,000. It isn’t obvious if she’s acquired the attorney.
