A Minnesota man is charged with killing multiple relatives, including two children he’d known as “angelic,” in their sleep before dying by suicide.
The Duluth Police Department “responded towards the report of the individual experiencing a mental health crisis” soon after noon on Wednesday, law enforcement department mentioned inside a pr release.
