Megan Thee Stallion Recounts Getting Shot By Tory Lanez In Emotional Interview

Musical artist Megan Thee Stallion reflected on getting shot within an emotional new interview. 

On the Monday episode of “CBS Morning,” the 27-year-old “Hot Girl Summer” singer discussed the incident with Gayle King. It had been the very first time she spoke on tv about the shooting.

We fuss about silly stuff constantly,” the rapper, whose legal name is Megan Jovon Ruth Pete, stated. “But … Irrrve never put my on the job anybody, Irrrve never elevated my voice too loud. Peterson has pleaded not liable to legal counts of assault having a semiautomatic gun, personal utilization of a gun and transporting an unregistered gun in the vehicle. He’s due in court in September. Earlier this year, he was charged with allegedly violating a safety order within the situation. 

In October 2020, he went live on social networking to issue a denial, stating the legal situation “falsified information.” Also, he rapped concerning the situation inside a September 2020 song known as “Money Over Fallouts,” but denied on Twitter that his newer song, April 2022’s “Mucky James,” is all about Megan.

“I wouldn’t play to the court order or even the judge like this.” his account Tweeted in April, six days following the judge ruled that he’d violated the protective order within the situation.

Pete also alleges that Peterson had offered her $a million if she never spoke out concerning the shooting.

Pete, who initially claimed that they was hurt by damaged glass, tweeted days later that “Black women are extremely unprotected &amp we hold a lot of things to safeguard the emotions of others w/o thinking about our very own.” 

She added. “It may be funny to y’all on the web and yet another untidy subject that you should discuss, however this is my real existence and I’m real existence hurt and traumatized.”
