California father Matthew Coleman continues to be indicted for killing his two youthful children in Mexico, allegedly believing they possessed “serpent DNA.”
Coleman, 40, was indicted with a federal grand jury Wednesday for 2 counts of foreign first-degree murder of U . s . States nationals, based on an announcement in the Department of Justice.
