Man Billed With Murder Of Girlfriend, Who Had Been Last Seen Last Month In An Art Show

Detectives in California have arrested a guy they feel wiped out his girlfriend, who had been last seen greater than a month ago in an art show.

The Fresno County Sheriff’s Office announced on Thursday they have arrested Ramon Jimenez, 41, of Hanford on charges of murder and domestic violence regarding the the disappearance of his 30-year-old girlfriend Missy Hernandez.

Hernandez, also referred to as Missy Perez, was last seen in an art show in downtown Fresno on 12 ,. 7. She’d attended the big event with Jimenez, Fresno County Sheriff Margaret Mims stated in a Thursday press conference.

“Detectives developed a massive quantity of forensic and digital evidence. Most of which incorporated DNA indicating a violent act required place at Missy’s home,” Mims stated, adding that “detectives have need to believe she’s dead and Jimenez accounts for her dying.”

“We found evidence of a lot bloodstream in the scene,” Mims stated in the presser.

Jimenez has been around jail since 12 ,. 8 on the previous control of domestic violence against Hernandez from October. A sheriff’s deputy who visited Hernandez’s home on 12 ,. 8 following the missing woman’s family members known as inside a welfare check recognized Jimenez as someone wanted on the previous domestic violence charge.

Until now, he was considered an individual of great interest. Jimenez was billed on Tuesday and that he has been held without bail. It isn’t obvious if he’s a lawyer.

This could simply be the 2nd murder situation in Fresno County to become prosecuted without getting your body from the victim. Still, the sheriff’s office mentioned that “based around the analysis so far, the Fresno County District Attorney’s Office is confident it may effectively prosecute this situation.”

Jimenez arrives in court on March 22. Meanwhile, her household is reeling from Hernandez’s absent.

“The recently, it’s been very hard, devastating,” Hernandez’s sister, Daisy Hernandez, told YourCentralValley.  “Her smile, it’s unforgettable.”
