Man Billed In Jacqueline Avant’s Home Invasion, Murder Pleads Not Liable

The person charged with gunning lower California philanthropist Jacqueline Avant has pleaded not liable to her murder along with other charges, prosecutors stated now.

Aariel Maynor, 29, was billed with murder in Avant’s slaying earlier this year, in addition to attempted murder associated with the botched home invasion that left the 81-year-old socialite dead. He pleaded not liable in the court on Thursday.

On 12 ,. 1, Avant, who’s married to recent Rock ‘n roll Hall of Fame inductee Clarence Avant, was discovered unresponsive at her Beverly Hillsides home within the 1100 block of Maytor Place, carrying out a suspected home burglary at roughly 2:23 a.m. She was come to hospital where she was pronounced dead.
