After several weeks of delays, Lori Vallow continues to be ruled qualified to stand trial for that murder of her children.
District Judge Steven Boyce issued a order from the court on Monday ruling that Vallow, 48, continues to be restored to competency and it is now fit to face trial.
Vallow faces first-degree murder and conspiracy to commit murder charges regarding the the deaths of her children Tylee Ryan, 16, and Joshua “JJ” Vallow, 7.
