‘Jersey Shore’ Star Ronnie Ortiz-Magro Dodges Legal Charge After Domestic Violence Arrest

“Jersey Shore” star Ronnie Ortiz-Magro has prevented a legal charge following his recent domestic violence arrest, based on reports.

The La District Attorney’s Office has transferred Ortiz-Magro’s situation towards the City Attorney’s Office, and therefore the first legal he faced has been downgraded to some potential misdemeanor, PEOPLE reports. The choice is made to transfer the situation because of inadequate evidence, based on TMZ.

Inside a statement issued to individuals on Tuesday, lawyers for that reality TV star celebrated the choice.
