A detective provided graphic new details about the dying of 11-year-old Gannon Stauch, the Colorado boy allegedly wiped out by his stepmother this past year.

Sgt. Jason Yoder from the Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office in Florida required the get up on Thursday to explain what went down to Stauch. He was the very first witness in the preliminary hearing as prosecutors get ready for a murder trial against Letecia Stauch, 36.

Letecia mentioned this past year that she’s innocent from the charges filed against her. Last September, her attorneys requested for any second opinion about her competency. In The month of january, she was found competent to face trial.
