Government bodies have arrested a guy who had been apparently a preliminary suspect within the murder of the teen whose frozen body was discovered in rural Pennsylvania in 2001.
John Gregory Quinn, 44, was arrested in Nj with a fugitive task pressure on Marly. 10 for that violent murder of the teen, based on a news release in the U.S. Marshals Service. Government bodies say Quinn — who could have been 24 at that time — was accountable for the murder of Shamar William Washington, 17, who had been beaten, stabbed after which shot to dying.
