Government bodies in Texas are requesting the public’s assist in locating a lady they are saying helped murder a teenage girl.
Chelsea Ann-Marie Shipp, 24, is needed for that murder of the unnamed victim who had been found accurate Sunday, based on a release in the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office. Government bodies say they taken care of immediately a study of the murder in a residence around the 1400 block of Kolb’s Corner in West Jefferson County around 5:00 p.m.
There, they found the 16-year-old victim who’d apparently died of the gunshot wound.
On Monday, government bodies announced that Cody Arnold, 22, have been arrested in the home and billed with murder. Based on jail records, he’s being held on $a million bail.
It had been unclear when there would be a relationship between him and Shipp.
Couple of facts are released concerning the teenage homicide victim — including whether she understood the suspects — but she was transported towards the Jefferson County Morgue, where an autopsy is going to be performed to glean additional information concerning the murder.
Government bodies have since acquired an arrest warrant for Chelsea Shipp of Winnie, Texas, who can always pose some risk towards the public.
“It is considered that they can always be armed,” stated the sheriff’s office.
The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office told Archiweekend.com that they’re not releasing more details at the moment.
Based on her social networking page, Shipp resides in Very Beach in Galveston County, Texas.
She’s referred to as a white-colored female with light brown hair and brown eyes. She also offers tattoos on her behalf bicep and forearm.
Officials say she frequents Galveston County, Chambers County and West Jefferson County. She was last seen driving a 2017 White-colored Dodge single cab truck and Texas license plate tag NLT4812.
Arnold has one previous criminal charge stemming from 2017, as he caused nearly $2,800 in harm to a teacher’s vehicle by keying it as he was 17 years of age, based on CBS affiliate KFDM News. Four or five students at Hamshire-Fannett Senior High School stated they saw Arnold vandalize the Jeep Cherokee after staff stopped him from entering a small a part of campus.
