Former Domino’s Delivery Driver Charged With Allegedly Stalking Customer’s Youthful Kids

An old Domino’s delivery driver is charged with stalking a customer’s youthful kids in addition to sexually assaulting a grownup lady.

Cyrus Warren, 21, continues to be billed with sexual assault, trespassing, stalking, and trying to enter a house for multiple occurrences between December and Feb, based on an announcement in the Fort Collins Police Department. 

The analysis into Warren’s alleged crimes started on February. 7 when a Dominos manager known as police following a customer complained that Warren was stalking their kids.  

“Based on information from Domino’s along with a subsequent analysis, detectives found that Warren delivered pizza towards the customer’s home” on 12 ,. 6, the pr release states. “On this occasion, the family’s tween daughter clarified the doorway. Warren delivered another pizza on December 22. This time around, the family’s more youthful daughter clarified the doorway. Warren asked if her parents were home, requested for any hug and selected her up.”

Then he allegedly gave the kid an email together with his contact details onto it, offering his “babysitting services.”

On February. 7, Warren allegedly contacted the house again, this time around with no Dominos uniform on. The household’s more youthful daughter clarified the doorway and Warren allegedly requested if he could come inside to make use of the restroom. 

“The girl declined, then closed and locked the doorway,” the pr release alleges. “Warren knocked several more occasions. A short while later, the family’s tween daughter saw the doorway handle moving as though someone was attempting to go into the home.”

Warren quit working at Domino’s 2 days before Christmas, everybody, within 24 hours he allegedly sexually assaulted a lady.

“The adult female victim stated Warren, an acquaintance, had requested to spend time,” police allege. “The victim agreed, but rather of driving for their decided location, Warren drove these to a secluded area and sexually assaulted her. The victim could escape and then contacted police.”

Investigators believe there are other alleged victims available.

“This suspect has proven a disturbing pattern of behavior, so we will not stop until every victim has got the chance to find justice,” stated Assistant Chief Tim Doran, who leads the Criminal Analysis Division mentioned within the pr release.”

Warren has been held on the $100,000 cash bond. He’s due in the court on April 5. It’s not obvious if he’s an attorney.

He’s apparently an authorized sex offender who had been charged of the previous sex crime, 9 News in Denver reports, citing a police affidavit. He isn’t searchable around the Colorado Sex Offender Registry.
