Florida Lady Allegedly Rapes Teen While 12-Year-Old Sleeps On Beanbag Nearby

A 44-year-old Florida lady is charged with drunkenly crashing a children’s birthday celebration, where she began to rape a teen while a 12-year-old rested only a feet away.

Detectives were dispatched to some senior high school on May eleventh following a student told an employee that they are raped over the past weekend, the Charlotte now County Sheriff’s Office mentioned inside a pr release.

The victim told investigators that they are attending a sleepover birthday celebration when Jessica Good and the other lady crashed it around 2 am. Good was allegedly drunk and also the teen victim claimed she was “making very inappropriate sexual comments and supplying the 17-year-old victim with alcohol,” based on investigators.

Good then allegedly raped the teenager while “a 12-year-old was asleep on the beanbag chair only a feet from” them, based on the pr release. That 12-year-old allegedly automobile up after hearing “noises” and “noticed the 2 positively involved in sexual intercourse.”

Detectives contacted Proficient at her workplace on May eleventh and requested to speak with her. That conversation brought to her arrest. She’s been billed with two counts of kid abuse and 2 counts of illegal intercourse having a minor.

The sheriff’s department noted that “in Florida, it’s illegal to have an adult (someone 18 or older) to have relations with a small (someone more youthful than 18), whether or not the sex is consensual (certain exemptions exist).”

Good continues to be booked on the $150K bond. It’s unclear if she’s an attorney. She’s due in court on June 21st.

It isn’t obvious what Good’s relationship would be to the kid or how she knows them.
