A California surf instructor who drove his two youthful children to Mexico and allegedly wiped out all of them with a speargun will undergo a mental evaluation, officials stated.
Matthew Taylor Coleman, 40, who’s accused of murdering his 2-year-old boy, Kaleo, and 10-month-old daughter, Roxy in Rosarito, Mexico, is presently being locked in protective child custody.
