Two days following a Minnesota couple was fatally shot by several armed motorcyclists near a well known Mexican tourist destination, their loved ones is pleading for solutions.
Miguel Angel Abrego Hurtado, 49, and Concepcion Leticia Carrillo Arellando, 48, were shot and wiped out by several armed gunmen in Puerto Escondido earlier this year, based on Mexican news network Milenio, Minneapolis television station KMSP reported.
The couple’s family are demanding more details from Mexican government bodies days following the set of killings.
“My sister and my uncle were very difficult-working individuals,” Arellando’s niece, Yazmin Carrillo, told KMSP. “They really attempted to operate as hard because they could to maintain their two kids.”
Hurtado and Arrellando were fatally shot while traveling in a pickup with Minnesota plates on April 7 throughout a vacation, the dual Metropolitan areas Pioneer Press also reported, citing Mexican outlet the Oaxaca Publish.
