A guy allegedly enraged by “yuppies” is charged with plowing his truck right into a crowd of Chicago picnickers a week ago, striking three and briefly trapping a 4th under his vehicle.
Shortly before his alleged rampage, Timothy Nielsen, 58, parked his truck alongside a guy who had been out watering his flowers on Saturday evening.
