A Pennsylvania domestic violence nurse is dead following a possible domestic violence-related murder-suicide.

Selena Miller Mowen, 47, and her husband Jerry Mowen, 53, were both found dead of merely one gunshot wound within their Chambersburg home on November. 28, a pr release in the Pennsylvania Condition Police states. Police known the deaths like a “domestic related incident” as well as an “isolated” one at this. Investigators demonstrated up in the home after multiple unsuccessful tries to achieve the pair.

Selena’s mother, Sharon Miller, told PennLive.com that police shared with her that Jerry wiped out her daughter before ending their own existence. A spokesperson for that Pennsylvania Condition Police told Archiweekend.com on Thursday they wouldn’t confirm it had been a murder-suicide, citing policy. The spokesperson added that some aspects of the situation continue to be under analysis.

Miller stated that police informed her that the couple’s dog, a German shepherd named Grizzly, seemed to be fatally shot.

“Nobody saw next,” she told the opening of her daughter. “She was the romance of my existence. She was God’s gift.”
