Coroner States Victim In Ex-National football league Player Henry Ruggs’ Alleged Drunk driving Burned To Dying

He initially declined to consider an area sobriety test supplied by officials, but bloodstream tests from his later stay in hospital demonstrated he was still being intoxicated, police stated.
