California Government bodies Arrest 61-Year-Old Lady In 1993 Shooting Of Store Owner

Nearly 30 years following a “beloved” neighborhood shop owner was gunned lower in the San Carlos, California shop, government bodies have arrested an Oklahoma lady for which they feel would be a “robbery gone wrong.”

The San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office announced Rayna Hoffman-Ramos, 61, have been charged with the murder of Shu Ming Tang at a press conference Thursday inside a situation which had baffled investigators for many years and it was once been featured on “America’s Popular.”  

“Mr. Tang was well-known within the San Carlos community as who owns the Devonshire Little Store, a now 87-year-old small neighborhood shop beloved by neighbors,” San Carlos Mayor Sara McDowell stated Thursday. “Mr. Tang would be a husband, a parent along with a friend who found the U . s . States to supply a better existence for his family. His dying shook the city of San Carlos and it has continued to be a subject of debate through the years.”

San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office Lt. Jacob Trickett stated San Carlos Police received a phone call right before 1:00 p.m. on April 26, 1993 that somebody have been shot at the shop and showed up to locate Tang having a single gunshot wound. He was rushed towards the hospital, where he died “soon after.”
