Britney Spears Will not Face Charges In Housekeeper Dispute

Pop icon Britney Spears won’t face charges within the dispute between her as well as an worker who claims the star struck her.

The Ventura County District Attorney’s Office announced inside a Wednesday pr release the 39-year-old “Overprotected” singer “will ‘t be billed with any crimes associated with an accidents that happened at her residence involving her housekeeper.”

Work stated it’s reviewed the situation posted through the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office and located “insufficient evidence that the crime had happened and the possible lack of injuries towards the housekeeper or significant harm to the telephone.”

Spears’ housekeeper claimed that they had a disagreement with Spears in mid-August “regarding the veterinary proper care of Spears’ dog,” based on the pr release.

“During the argument, Spears was purported to have slapped a telephone from the housekeeper’s hands,” the district attorney’s office states. “The housekeeper established that the screen protector towards the phone was broken. The housekeeper didn’t have visible injuries.”

Spears’ lawyer Matthew Rosengart hasn’t immediately taken care of immediately’s request comment. He formerly known as the accusations “simply sensational tabloid fodder—an alleged misdemeanor involving a ‘he stated she said’ regarding a mobile phone, without any striking and clearly no injuries whatsoever” inside a statement.

“Anyone could make an accusation,” he added. “This must have been closed immediately.”

The accusations be Spears is attempting to get away from her conservatorship, which she’s now underwent for 13 years.

Rosengart filed documents in La County Court on Monday alleging that his client’s father Jamie Spears, 68, is looking to get the pop star to pay him millions to acquire quitting his role as her controller of finances.
