An Oklahoma man who’s allegedly been stalking an old co-worker for over a month — sitting outdoors her home and departing chocolate and food on her, based on police — has become charged with attempting to kidnap her at gunpoint and shooting her husband.
The victim, who is not named, was departing her Tulsa home together with her husband to mind to operate on Friday morning once they spotted Justin Arthur-Ray Davis sitting inside a truck nearby, the Tulsa Police Department authored inside a pr release.
“Davis exited the18 wheeler having a shotgun and ran following the couple,” police stated. “The couple retreated for their apartment where Davis shot with the door striking the husband within the hands. Davis entered the apartment and grabbed the victim dragging her lower the steps, assaulting her on the way.”

“Davis continues to be stalking the victim for more than per month after he resigned in their mutual workplace,” police stated. “She makes reports of Davis sitting outdoors her apartment and departing chocolate and food on her behalf home.”
Davis was booked right into a Tulsa City jail on charges of kidnapping, shooting with intent to kill, and first-degree burglary, based on the police statement. It’s not obvious if Davis comes with an attorney.
