’19 Kids And Counting’ Star Josh Duggar Arrested On Federal Child Pornography Charges

Former “19 Kids and Counting” star Josh Duggar continues to be arrested on federal child pornography charges.

States Attorney’s Office from the Western District of Arkansas has alleged that Duggar, 33, “used the web to download child sexual abuse material” in May 2019 and it was discovered to be owning the pictures, most of which portrayed abuse to children under 12 years of age, based on an indictment within the situation acquired by

Duggar continues to be billed with one count of receipt of kid pornography and something count of having child pornography in federal court.  

The previous reality star pleaded not liable to both charges against him throughout a hearing Friday morning.

Duggar made an appearance in the court via Zoom, putting on a striped jail uniform, in the Washington City Jail, where he’s being held without bond.

“Do you realize what it’s you’re billed with?” Judge Erin Wiedemann requested.

“Yes, your recognition,” Duggar responded.

A bond hearing was scheduled for May 5, however, Wiedemann cautioned Duggar that “given the character from the charges against him” he’d likely have to reside having a third-party custodian who could ensure he adopted the circumstances of his release if bond is granted.

“I may also counsel you that any third-party custodian it will have to maintain a property where you can find no minors in your home,” she stated.  

The arrest comes just days after Duggar’s wife, Anna Duggar, announced on Instagram the couple was expecting their seventh child together, a woman.

“We are overjoyed to announce baby seven is in route so we can’t wait to carry her within our arms this fall!,” she authored.

Duggar, who rose to fame around the TLC reality show “19 Kids and Counting,” isn’t any stranger to debate. The show was canceled in 2015 after it had been says he’d been investigated by police in the year 2006 for inappropriately touching five underage women, including a number of his siblings, like a teen.

No charges were ever filed against him since the time limit had go out around the situation, Entertainment Tonight reports.
